David and Francis were our friends since we moved to Greemville in 1958. Our children were all good friends. We moved away in 1968, but continued to visit with them. One night when we were in their home, we were discussing where our daughter, Susan would go to college. We didn't think we could afford to send her to Baylor where she wanted to go. David said "I'd rather send a child to Baylor one year than anywhere else for four years". Susan started to Baylor that fall and many years later all 4 of our children had graduated from Baylor.

We met Mr. Narramore in the Greenville Braums when he asked me and my wife could he give our son a book. Of course we said yes and my son and daughter sat with him for a while as he explained the book. We still have the book and use it to read for uplifting support. They both still remember his kindness and generosity. He for sure left a mark on their lives to this day.

The time that I shared ,with David Narromore, as his caregiver was fulfilling,he was very thoughtful of others , no matter how bad his day started off, the shift I spent with him was like an adventure..I was do honor to have been his caregiver..I will miss him..

I have many fond memories of Mr Narramore from living on Park St. and F.B.C. He was a great person to be around. Both of my Grandsons were given a copy of his book Adventures of Jose’—Stories about an Imaginary Little Boy Who Loves Jesus”. They read the books several times and still have them even today. We saw Mr. Narramore all the time and he was always smiling. He will be missed but you know he is with God.

Totally blessed to have know a great disciple of Jesus Christ. You and Mrs. Francis not only blessed my immediate family with your unconditional love but also all of my church families at Nueva Vida Church. Thank you for letting your light shine brightly.
