Carol Sue Langford

Carol Sue Langford, 74, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on June 9, 2023, at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Mr. Jim Hodo officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the service.

Carol was born June 14, 1948, in Greenville, Texas to Guy F. and Elnita Smith Scott. She married Danny Langford on August 11, 1966 in Greenville, Texas. She worked for L-3 for 35 years until her retirement as a Legal Assistant. She was a member of Creekside Church of Christ.

She is survived by her daughter Robyn Lamb and husband, Russell; sister, Nancy Nation and husband, Larry; sister-in-law, Charlene Scott; brothers-in-law, Lanny Langford and wife, Ceil, Austin Langford; grandchildren, Madison Skinner and husband, Tyler, Mackenzie Lamb; great-grandchildren, Hadley and Cooper Skinner and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Curtis Scott, Jeff Scott and sister, Sharon Scott.
