Jennifer Kay Barnes
June 27, 1967 - August 25, 2023

Our precious Jennifer Kay Barnes, 56, of Caddo Mills, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on August 25, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joyce Pattison officiating. Interment will be in Caddo Mills I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, August 28, 2023, at the funeral home.

Jennifer was born June 27, 1967, in Durant, Oklahoma, to Jerry Barnes and Betty Jean Barrowman. She was a homemaker and a member of First Pentecostal Church of God. Jennifer loved big and loved many. Children were her passion and even though she did not have any of her own she was always there for her friends children and their children's children she loved them all like her own. She was such an inspiration to all, with all her sickness she never once let it get the best of her she thanked Jesus for good reports and was quick to share the good news with everyone. Jennifer had many communities of friends and family that loved her dearly and we her family are forever grateful.

She is survived by her brother, Dewayne Barnes II and wife, Kristina; sister, Jamie Denton and husband, Carlos; nieces, Kortni Nelson and husband, Seth, and Kacie Denton and fiancé, Jordan Sorrells; nephews, Tre Barnes and fiancé, Danielle Wilson, and Jacob Denton and wife, Becca; and great-niece, Averie Nelson.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Betty Barnes, Grandparents, and Aunts.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Denton, Tre Barnes, Bryson McLarry, Brody McLarry, Zak Bragg and Jacob Bragg.
