Doyle E. Woodall
March 6, 1927 - March 22, 2025

Doyle E. Woodall, 98, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on March 22, 2025, at Legend Healthcare. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Mr. Jon Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Wieland Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Doyle was born March 6, 1927, to Marion Thomas and Florence Green Woodall. He served in WWII with the U. S. Army. He married Betty Norris June 30, 1949, in Greenville, Texas. He was a retired Captain for the Greenville Fire Department. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
Doyle is survived by his daughters, Debbie Ottwell of Greenville, Cindy Tower and husband, Randy of Athens; sister, Evelyn Smiley of Greenville; grandchildren, Matt Ottwell and wife, Lauren, Jordan Ottwell and wife, Nicole, Misty Fullwood and husband, Jason; and nine great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; three brothers and a sister.
Pallbearers will be Jason Fullwood, Carson Jones, Cash Ottwell, Jordan Ottwell, Matt Ottwell and Randy Tower.
