Elaine R. Barnard Elaine Barnard, the best mom and wife ever, passed away on July 7, 2025 at Briarcliff Rehab Center. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Kavanaugh United Methodist Church Chapel with Rev. Jim Goodwin officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
