Barbara J. Doughty, 85, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 in Greenville, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Campbell. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until service time. Interment will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.

Barbara was born March 24, 1940 in Greenville, Texas to Cliff Crouch and Polly Sandlin. She earned her Masters in Education and spent much of her career as a reading teacher at Carver Elementary. Barbara was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Barbara is survived by her son, Sean Doughty; daughter, Allison Sanders and husband, Stenson; grandchildren, Taylor and Ally Doughty, Tucker and Addison Doughty, Jacquelyn and Dru Mayfield, Jillian Doughty, Taylore Sanders, Keli Nestrick, Austin Sanders, and Stenson Sanders II and wife, Jordan; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Derrell Crouch and Robert Crouch.

Pallbearers will be Taylor Doughty, Tucker Doughty, Austin Sanders, Stenson Sanders II, Dru Mayfield, and Patrick Starling.
