A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Merit Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Giovanni was born March 4, 2016, in Greenville, Texas to Julian Rangel and Berenice Quinones.
He is survived by his mother, Berenice Quinones; father, Julian Rangel; sister, Eliana R. Quinones; uncles and aunts, Aaron Quinones and wife, Jessica, Hector Omar Perez, George, Jose Humberto, Lupita, Sonia, Lorena, Oralia; cousin, Maddilynn and numerous other cousins; grandparents, Maria Del Rocio Perez and Arturo Quinones, Maria Paula Rivera and Jose O. Rangel.
