Stephen Lee Sank, 84, of Lone Oak, passed away on December 27, 2025 in Sulphur Springs. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Stephen was born November 1, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York to David S. Sank and Irene Sank. He married Melba Price on January 28, 2001 in Lone Oak, Texas. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked in Insurance Sales.

He is survived by his wife, Melba Sank; son, Joshua Griffin; daughters, Sherry Blackerby, Janna Sandquist, Kesha Griffin and Kendra McCarthy; and brother, Morton C. Sank.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
