Doris Lee White

Doris Lee White, 87, of Celeste, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at her residence. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. James Seigler officiating.
Doris was born May 16, 1938, in Red Oak, Oklahoma, to Floyd and Beulah Watkins Pitchford. She married Kenneth White on November 17, 1956, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She worked as a Assistant Director of Hunt County Committee on Aging until her retirement. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Celeste.
Doris is survived by her children, Felicia White, Brad White and wife, Jodi, Philip White and wife, Sharon; grandchildren, Chris White and wife, Tristian, Machelle Kinser and husband, Jason, Nikki Kelley and husband Brian, Kelli Halbert and husband, Marty, Aaron Martin and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Wanda Chick.
