Ronald Hugh Grant, 78, of Winnsboro, passed away on January 16, 2026 in Winnsboro, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until service time. A Military graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 9, 2026 at D/FW National Cemetery.

Ronald was born on May 20, 1947 in Texas City, Texas to David Crockett Grant, Sr. and Dorothy Ruth Norton. Following high school, he joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his country for 20 plus years. He was a member of Harvest Bible Church in Cash, Texas.

He is survived by son, Ronald Erich Grant, daughter, Phelicia Nichole Deponte Grant, brothers, Jimmy & wife Barbara Grant Kenneth & wife Karri Grant, Robert & wife JoAnn Grant, and sister, Marlena & Randy Sabella.

He was preceded in death by wife, Barbara Chadwick, father, David C. Grant Sr., mother, Dorothy R. Norton, brothers, David C. Grant, Jr., George Michael Grant, and Barry Wayne Grant.
