Larry Eugene Allen, 73, of Lone Oak, Texas, passed away at his home on May 25, 2026. Services will be held at a later date.

Larry was born October 31, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, to David Gerald and Jackie Burton Allen. Larry was married to Vicky Bell Allen. He retired from Centex Homes as a superintendent in 2008.

Larry enjoyed spending time with his family at his ranch, and especially loved watching his grandkids play sports. He loved fishing, hunting and was a die hard Cowboys fan. His sense of humor was infectious and he always had a story to tell.

Larry is survived by his wife, Vicky Allen; mother, Jackie Allen; daughters, Whitney Beth Ryals and husband, Chris, Sunni Brooke Chester and husband, Ryan; grandchildren, Brooke Hawley and husband, Ryan, Jaxon Ryals and Ayden Chester.

He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Jerry Glen Allen.
