Martha Jane Jones, 93, of Rockwall, Tx. went to be with Jesus on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Funeral services will be Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakepointe Church with Charlie Jones officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Memoryland Memorial Park in Greenville. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Jane was born in Greenville on February 22, 1933. She was the daughter of Sam Turner and Nancy Levacy Turner. She married Charlie E. Jones, Jr. on May 12, 1951. She was a member of Lakepointe Church, Rockwall.
Survivors include her son, Charlie R. Jones and wife Sally of Rockwall; her brother Raymond Turner and wife Sherry of Greenville; grandchildren Amy Masters, Leighann Villines, Megan Parrish, Kimberly Jones, Charlie Jones, Matthew Jones, and Tiffany Duckworth; 17 great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers Arthur Turner, Ted Turner, and Gerald Turner; and sisters Laura Foley, Louise Butler, Betty Hickman, Rachel Freeman, and Mary Ellen (Trixie) Williams.
