Doris Ann (Dee) Sindle, 84, of Greenville, Texas, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026 in Rowlett, Texas. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 10, 2026 at Caddo Mills I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Rev. Steve Payne officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service time at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Dee was born on November 7, 1941 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania to H. E. Turney and Agnes Kemerer. She married Bobby Gerald Sindle on April 11, 1959 in Tucson, Arizona. They were married for 64 years until Bobby's passing. She was a homemaker, her greatest joy was taking care of Bobby, her kids and grandkids, even the ones who weren't biologically related. She was a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church and faithfully served for almost 30 years with the Special Friends Ministry. She never met a stranger and always took the opportunity to share Jesus. She was loved by many. She is survived by her children Mark Sindle of Conway Arkansas and wife Julie, Steve Sindle of Conway Arkansas and wife Cindy, Patti Safar of Greenville and husband Thomas and daughter-in-law Kathy Freeman-Sindle of Roy, Utah; grandchildren Josh Sindle and wife Orrady, Kenny Sindle, Jordan Freeman-Sindle and wife Chelsea, Matt Sindle and wife Becky, Mike Sindle and wife Heather, Britney Page-Mims and husband Kris, Michael Sindle, Brooke Samuels and husband Mike, Morgan Freeman-Sindle, Zach Freeman-Sindle and wife Meredith, Brandon (Safar) Moon and wife Cassidy and Brynna Safar; great-grandchildren Scott Sindle, Meredith Sindle, Lydia Sindle, Kadence Sindle, Hadley Sindle, Aubree Safar, Tommie Samuels, Mollie Samuels, Emma Samuels, Ellie Page and Lilli Mims; sister Ginny Mooney; sisters-in-law Wanda Callendar, Sue Cliborne, Ginger Sindle and Julie Turney, sister-in-law Annette Stagg and husband John and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Sindle, her son Don Sindle and her grandson-in-law Lee Page; her parents H.E and Agnes Turney, her in-laws V.F. and Eddyth Sindle; her brother Jim Turney and brothers-in-law Charles Sindle, Donny Sindle, Mike Sindle, Jerry Sindle, Ronnie Sindle, Dennis Cliborne and John Callendar.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Trevor Wade Daniel Foundation or Hunt County Shared Ministries.
