Belva was born March 1, 1943 in Lone Oak, Texas to Clifford Clinton and Lillie M. ''Peggie'' Fannin Bishop.
Belva was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother. She was an avid seamstress, quilter, gardener, nurse and caregiver for all animals and people within her sphere.
Belva is survived by her husband of 15 years, David Roberts; daughters, Patsy Rozell and husband, David, Karen Tinney, Mary Oellermann and husband, Bill; step-son, Heath Roberts and wife, Corrie; step-daughter, Jennifer and husband, Doug; brother, Joe Carrol Bishop and wife, Patty; grandchildren, Cole and wife Cheyenne; Garrett and wife Emily; Jake, Levi, Triston, Lauren and Sarah; step-granddaughters, Ashton, Georgiana and husband, Mason; step-grandson, Brock; and great-grandchildren, Case and Silas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Clinton Charles; previous husband of 44 years, Robert Lee Isham; and son-in-law, Mark Tinney.
Pallbearers will be Cole Sheffield, Garrett Sheffield, Jake Sheffield, Triston Tinney, David Rozell and Bill Oellermann.
