Pamela Campbell, 79, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on April 9, 2024, at Baylor Scott White Hospital-Plano. Pam was born April 10, 1944, in Dallas, Texas to William Johnson Campell Jr and Ruth Mozelle Winters Campbell. She was raised in Greenville, Texas and later moved to Dallas where she graduated from South Oak Cliff High School in 1962. She worked in various fields, beginning her early career as an assistant for a medical school in Dallas, and later a licensed real estate agent. She spent most of her career working for an oil and gas firm in Dallas, while also enjoying many treasured years working as a hostess at Brookhaven Country Club. Pam is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Johnny William Campbell.
Pam enjoyed traveling and the performing arts. She loved all her family and friends dearly, and she also loved her church family, where she was a member at Walnut Hill Church of Christ in Dallas. Pam had a love and compassion for others and was a faithful giver to World Vision and Union Gospel Mission-Dallas. She also had a passion for animals and cared for various animals, especially cats and dogs.
Pam's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to her church family, Walnut Hill Church of Christ, who extended much love and support to Pam over the years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Walnut Hill Church of Christ, Human Society of Dallas County, World Vision, or Union Gospel Mission-Dallas in Pam's memory.

Deland, FL Thursday, May 2, 2024 Pam and I met while we were working at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas some 50 years ago. We became lifelong close friends. Pam was a caring, compassionate person and a good listener. We enjoyed many, many good times together over the years. I shall miss her greatly.
