Diane was born on April 22, 1942, in Paris, Texas, to Joe Ray Billingslea and Marie Lisbeth Brunson. She spent her formative years in Greenville, Texas, where she excelled in a career in sales, beginning at Collins Hilton Furniture and later specializing in Medicare insurance.
Known for her vibrant personality and generous spirit, Diane made lifelong connections with all who crossed her path. An accomplished watercolor artist, she found joy in painting and had a keen eye for beauty in old films, bright colors, butterflies, hearts, and animals. Diane was particularly fond of animals and had many beloved pets over the years. In her prime, she was a fashion trendsetter and a firm believer in the power of positivity, facing life's challenges with unwavering determination.
Diane is survived by her loving daughters, Holly (Brown) Carroccio and Megan (Adkisson) Disney; cherished grandchildren, Bianca Grace Carroccio, Sydney Nicole Carroccio, Nathan Allen Williams, and Rhys Alexander Disney; as well as nephews Todd Andrew Billingslea and Bradley Brent Billingslea.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bradley Brunson Billingslea and nephew Joe Ray Billingslea III.

Ft Myers, FL Sunday, July 7, 2024 Diane and I first met in Greenville JR. High. Fast forward to 2003 when we reconnected. we enjoyed sharing many things the last 21 years. I was privileged to have her as a friend. Love the time when I lived in the Dallas area and one year we celebrated our birthdays together which were back to back. Diane, attended the 50th anniversary party for my late husband Don and me, adding to the list of memories. Thank you Holly for keeping in touch with updates as she declined. I know her strong Christian faith kept her going. She loved her two girls and her grandchildren. Remember her faith in The Lord, you will see her again in heaven. Cherish her memories and don't let the pain of loosing her out way the joy of remembering the good times.Lamentations 3:22-23, my prayers are with each of you. Judith Graham Walker
