My prayers and deepest Sympathy to Michael’s family and especially his mom, Hildagarde.
I had the pleasure of watching him grow up
During his early years in Wolfe City.
I remember the last time I saw him I was subbing at a local elementary school and he and a friend came by to show his friends children a super bowl ring.
He still had that special smile. Rest In Peace, Michael, until we meet again.

Mike and I were both stationed at Ft Carson, CO at the same time in different units. We never ran across each other there but finally got to meet at a Sigma Chi event when we were both at ETSU after we each got out. Proud to call him both a brother soldier and fraternity brother.

Hey Michael Mullins we do hope it tickles you a mite that you’re beloved in Denton TX so much that we had a wake sharing wacky stories and shenanigans about your many inspiring friendships, projects, and even random encounters hitherto unknown! You are remembered and adored, amigo. Love to Hildy and fam, Mike’s legacy is the countless students and friends he mentored along the way as a tireless advocate and pal.

Michael was a great person and truly cared about others, his career, and family and friends. He looked at the world through different lenses literally and metaphorically. We truly lost a class act and wonderful soul. Prayers and condolences to family and friends.
