Linda was born in Paris, Texas on October 7, 1960 to Samuel Blanford Bryant and Easther Marie Walker. She worked as a caretaker and loved taking care of the elderly.
She is survived by her son, David Scott Powell; daughter, Amy Richardson and son in law Joshua Richardson and Granddaughter Addison Richardson of Campbell, Texas, Brother Gary Bryant of Powderly, Texas, Brother Michael Bryant of Detroit, Texas, Brother Douglas Bryant of Detroit, Texas, sister Mary Ann Hoskins and Brother in law Larry Hoskins of Bagwell, Texas, and sister Paula Akers of Detroit, Texas, along with all her loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brad Samuel Powell and her parents.
Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangments.

Burton, MI Sunday, November 24, 2024 We are so sorry to hear that Linda Lou went on to be with our Lord. She passed on my grandson Chance's Birthday. That was a bit of a shocker . How are the kids if someone could catch up and tell me. I know they are grown now. God Bless her she was 1 month younger than I. 1960. I never knew that.
