Carol was the type of woman that every little boy and young man wants as a mother. While the middle-aged man that I am today regrets not seeing her in recent years, the inner boy and young adult within me treasures that my memories of her will always remain focused on the never ending love she had for her boys, one of which has been the big brother that I never had of my own. She was a sweetheart who was filled with a love for the Lord. I will always cherish how brightly her face would light up when talking to or about her boys.
The glow of Heaven shines even brighter now that Carol has stepped through its gates.
