Bobby Glen Jackson, 89, of Campbell, Texas, passed away on April 4, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Royce Litchfield officiating. There will be a Masonic graveside to follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
Bob was born August 21, 1935, in South Sulphur, Hunt County, Texas, to Charlie and Dona Lee Daughtry Jackson. He served in the National Guard. He married Carol Graham on December 16, 1960, in Greenville, Texas. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for Kraft Food and was of the Baptist faith.
Bob is survived by his wife, Carol Jackson; sons, Lynn Jackson and wife Nona, Doug Jackson; brother, Johnny Jackson; grandchildren, Jimmy Lynn Jackson, Tesa Jackson Michael, Laine Vance-Jackson; and two great-grandchildren, Austin Micheal and Hailey Michael.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Julie Jackson; son, Wayne Jackson; and sisters, Mildred Jackson, Mary Lou Jackson and Martha Newland, brothers ''Hoss''. Jack Hilton and Billy Joe Jackson.
Pallbearers Johnny Jackson Jr., Dan Bobst, Laine Vance-Jackson, Nick Michael, Austin Michael, Jeffery Jackson. Honorary Pallbearers Tim Newland and Richard Willis.
