Anthony Dean Halbert

Anthony Dean ''Andy'' Halbert, 67, of Dallas, passed away on June 9, 2025, in Dallas. A celebration of his life will be held all day on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Westmoreland in Eustace, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Andy was born on March 10, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, to A.D. Halbert and Robbie Butler. He shared 24 loving years with his life partner, Tammie Morgan. Andy was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and worked for many years at Pioneer Paper Stock.
He enjoyed spending quality time with his loved ones, and enjoying the outdoors.
He is survived by life partner, Tammie Morgan; his daughters, Amanda Halbert and Tara Crouch; his son, Chance Morgan; thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents, A.D. Halbert, Robbie Butler, his brother Ronnie Halbert and his daughter Shirley Stewart.
