Riley was born December 11, 2000, in Rockwall, Texas, to David and Shannon Barnett Isom. She was passionate about photography and also worked in marketing. Riley had an extraordinary eye for beauty, and it shone through every photograph she took. She lived with rare authenticity, told the most captivating stories, and had an unmatched gift for making everyone around her laugh. She had many talents and was known for her love of God and people. Everyone who crossed her path - whether for a moment or a lifetime - left carrying a little more light because of her radiant spirit and joy found in the Lord.
While attending college at A&M Commerce, Riley was a Member of Chi Omega sorority. She worked for Luminous Productions, Lime Media, Barbershop Marketing and even had her own business called RLI photography. She attended Lake Pointe Church and Watermark.
Riley is survived by her parents, David and Shannon Isom; brother, Levi; sister, Emma; grandparents, Al and Snookie Barnett and Barbara Leonard; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dallas, TX Wednesday, November 26, 2025 I went to Commerce HS with Riley. She was always kind, but I’ll never forget one moment in particular—not long after my mom passed. I went to shake her hand, and she chose to hug me instead. That simple act helped me more than she ever knew. She showed Christ’s love so faithfully. I’m grateful I got to know her. I’m praying that the Lord would surround your family with His peace and comfort. I look forward to the day we’ll see her again in His presence. In Christ and in compassion,
Kobe Lloyd
