Tracy was born on August 21, 1970 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Jerry Magar and Loretta Duke. She married Larry Tillman on November 4, 2017 in Greenville, Texas. She worked as a hair dresser and owned a salon in Sachse, Texas. She was a member of Crestview Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Dale Tillman; son, Zachary Bailey; daughter, Shayla Youngman; grandchildren, Deven Sebastian Bailey, Quinn and Hollis Bailey, Korbin Grooms, Kamri, Skarlett, and Dontel Johnson; mother Loretta Akers; sisters, Teri Sargent, Carolyn Davis, Cathleen Garcia, and April Forbeck; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Deven Bailey; granddaughter, Victoria McNeal; father, Jerry Magar; and stepfather WC Akers.
