Helen Anne Russell

Helen Anne Russell, 91, of Quinlan, Texas, passed away on December 2, 2025, at her home. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Memoryland Memorial Park with Mr. Jimmy Hyde officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. until service time at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Helen was born May 30, 1934, in Greenville, Texas, to W. K. and Annie Mae Dunn Dickson. She married Billy Frank Russell on December 24, 1951, in Greenville, Texas. She worked many years with JC Penney doing office work. She was a life-long member of Creekside Church of Christ, formerly Johnson Street Church of Christ.

Helen is survived by her sons, Mark Russell, David Russell; brother, Donald Dickson and wife, Wendelyn; grandson, Travis Russell and wife, Samantha; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Joe Lemons.
