Peggy was born in Greenville Texas on July 9, 1932 and was the daughter of Zeff and Cornie Causey. She attended Greenville schools where she graduated. Shortly after, she married the love of her life, Leon Wineinger who owned and operated Wineinger Painted and Remodeling before retiring. She was a faithful member of Park St. Baptist Church. Peggy was a homemaker and will be remembered by her family and friends for her loving care for others.
Survivors include her son Randy and wife Kelly Wineinger of Greenville Tx, daughter Joy and husband Adam Trevino of Lone Oak Texas, grandchildren include Kristie Wineinger, Craig Wineinger, Tiffany Elvington, Melody Boney and Brian Phillips and 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
Pallbearers will be Brian Phillips, Taylor Elvington, Hayden Boney, Quentin Boney, Trenton Burns and Austin Burns.
The family expresses thanks to the staff of Legends and Family First for their special and kind care given to their mother.
