Bryan was born on December 27, 1968 in Dallas, Texas to Michael Keith Goodwin and Julie Tarpley Goodwin. He married Sandra Trout on May 20, 1995 in Dallas, Texas. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a Mason. He worked as a social worker and was a member of Authentic Life Fellowship.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Goodwin; daughter, Taylen Goodwin; mother Julie Goodwin; sister Angie Stewart, her husband, Brent and their children Bailey, Ethan and Jake; his uncles and aunts, John and Kathy Tarpley, Vicki and Mace Farmer, Mary Border Harris and Robert Harris, and Wayne Tarpley; his cousins Jeff Tarpley, Sherry Alexander, Delaynie Roberts, Jennfier Janak, and Ed Farmer.
He was preceded in death by his father Michael Goodwin;, his father in law Charles Trout; his cousin Jeremie Border; and grandparents, Robert Tarpley, Marion Webb, Pearl Goodwin, and Hollis Goodwin.
