He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
Kerry was born on April 3, 1964, in DeRidder, LA to Riley F. and Frann Risher Smith Clark. He graduated from DeRidder High School in 1982. In 1986 he graduated from Louisiana College with his bachelor's degree. In 1995 he earned his master's degree at East Texas State University.
Kerry was a software engineer for 34 years at E-Systems, Raytheon, L3, and L3-Harris. He fostered many friendships.
Kerry was a member of Family Fellowship in Greenville, TX. He served on the greeting team for several years. He was a silent servant and had a heart for missions, meeting the needs of others as he saw them.
Kerry is survived by his wife and best friend Rhonda Sue C. Clark; daughters, Kayla Michelle C. Harrell and husband Daniel of Benbrook, TX; Stacy Risher C. Rosendo and husband Alfredo of Benbrook, TX; grandchildren Aspen Grace Rosendo, Paul Daniel Harrell III, and Silas Clark Rosendo; siblings Connie C. Kirk and husband Vernon of DeRidder, LA; Krista C. Reese and husband Ricky of Anacoco, LA.; Uncle Rod Smith and the Smith cousins as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Riley and Frann, brother Keith Clark, Aunt Joyce Clark, Aunt Vivian Smith, and mother-in-law, Lucille Hickman.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Family Fellowship Church, Greenville TX 75402.
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., prior to the service.
Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
