Leon proudly served his country for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. Being a Marine was more than a career to him - it was part of who he was. He spoke often of his time in service with pride, honor, and deep respect for those he served alongside. The values he carried from his service shaped the way he lived his life: with strength, loyalty, and commitment to those he loved.
His faith in God was a guiding force throughout his life. As a Christian, Leon found comfort and purpose in his relationship with God, and his faith remained important to him through every season of life.
Above all, Leon was a family man. He loved deeply, cared fiercely, and leaves behind memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be remembered for his dedication, his stories, his unwavering spirit, and the love he shared with those closest to him.
