Bobby C. Jennings, 75, of Greenville, passed away on May 30, 2026 in Carrollton, Texas. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, June 5, 2026 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. BK Moody officiating. Interment will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Bobby was born on January 2, 1951 in Greenville, Texas to C.A. Jennings and Doris Jean Norfleet. He graduated from Greenville High School in 1969 and the University of Texas at Dallas in 1986. He worked for Texas Instruments, Raytheon Defense Systems and DRS Technologies from 1972 to 2006. From 2012 to 2023 he worked for Texas Department of Transportation as a safety officer. He was a member of First Baptist Church in downtown Dallas. He was baptized by W.A. Criswell on Wednesday, December 23, 1974.

He is survived by his son, Jeremy Michael Jennings; daughter, Jennifer Leigh Bell; sister, Brenda Kay Jennings; grandchildren, Hunter Jennings, Brenna Dean, Audrey Vietor, Richard Jennings and Robert Bell, Jr.; two great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, David Maldonado; along with several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Betty Catherine Maldonado.

Pallbearers will be Tucker Dean, Robert Bell, Jr., David Maldonado, Jeremy Jennings, and John Vietor.
