Tiffany Renee Eakin, 50, of Greenville, passed away on July 16, 2026 in Greenville, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Cook officiating. Interment will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., Monday, July 20, 2026 at the funeral home.

Tiffany was born on June 19, 1976 in Dallas, Texas to Paul Pelham, Sr. and Debra Downey Pelham. She married David Allen Eakin on October 30, 1999 in Balch Springs, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, and will be incredibly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, David Eakin; beloved son, Cody Eakin; mother, Vicki Winters; biological father, Paul Pelham, Sr. and wife, Lynn; biological mother, Debra Pelham; mother-in-law, Betty Ann Eakin; siblings, Paul Pelham, Jr., Tabitha Pelham, Johnny Carter, Crystal Lamb and husband, Blake, Paul Carter and wife, Tippi; and aunt, Sherry Walker and husband, Skip Eastman.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Carter and her sibling, Charlie Carter.

Pallbearers will be Paul Pelham, Jr., Johnny Carter, Christopher Pelham, Wesley Pelham, Trey Honeycutt and Jimmy Harley.

Honorary pallbearer will be Jeremy Eakin.
