Visitation will be held Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, Address : 5100 IH-30 E Greenville, TX 75402
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 17, 2026, 2PM at The One Church, located at 4857 W. I-30, Caddo Mills, TX 75135. Everyone will park in the back parking lot and enter through entry door #2. The family requests a private burial at Merit Cemetery following the service.
Joanna was born on April 15, 1979, in Greenville, Texas, at 6:42 a.m. to Jon Charles White and Susie Clem White. She was a 1997 graduate of Bland High School and went on to graduate from Texas A&M University-Commerce with her bachelor's degree.
Joanna dedicated her adult life to serving her community and the people she loved. Early in her career, she shaped young minds as an Agricultural Teacher, a role her students would proudly say made her ''the greatest of all time.'' Her passion for agriculture, education, and helping others became the foundation for the many lives she would go on to impact.
Around that same time, the idea of a career in real estate began to take shape while Joanna was selling the first home she had built. As she listened to the Realtor talk about her career, something clicked. Joanna already had a background in agriculture, an understanding of construction from her college coursework, and, most importantly, a natural ability to connect with people. She knew she had found her calling.
Joanna poured her heart into her work and went above and beyond for every client she served. To her, real estate was never just about buying or selling a home, it was about the people, the relationships, and helping families reach their dreams. Her genuine heart, determination, and willingness to always do more for others made her deeply loved and respected throughout her community.
Above all else, Joanna loved her family. She was a loving mother, devoted partner, and the greatest Nonni. Her family was her greatest joy, and the love she shared with them will continue to live on through every memory, lesson, and moment she gave them.
Joanna is survived by her daughter, Hailey Alexander, and husband Donovan of Quinlan; daughter, Abby Rae Arnwine of Quinlan; fiancée, Jerremy Johnson of Quinlan; and Kenlee Johnson of Lone Oak; parents, Jon and Susie White of Greenville; sister, Amy White of Waco; brother, David White and wife Alicia of Caddo Mills;; grandchildren, Ace and Ares Alexander; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Neil C. and Winnie F. White and Fred C. Clem and Verona H. Clem.
Pallbearers will be Jerremy Johnson, Donovan Alexander, David White, Jason White, Kendal Wright, and Phil White.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jon C. White, Robert E. White, and Jeff Arnwine.
Joanna leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, generosity, and service. She touched countless lives through her work, her friendships, and most of all, through the love she gave her family. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
Thank you to Heart to Heart Hospice Care out of Rockwall for providing the most amazing and compassionate care team. They brought comfort, peace, and support not only to Joanna, but to our entire family during such a difficult time. We will forever be grateful for the love and care you showed her and all of us. Thank you for being there when we needed you most.
