Mrs. Mullins was born on May 7, 1938 in Stuttgart, Germany to Ernst Moedinger and Elsie Blanz Moedinger. She married Hal Mullins on June 6, 1964 in Wolfe City, Texas. She was a saleslady and beauty consultant for Wolf's Department Store for years and was a member of the Greenville German Club for 30 plus years.
She is survived by her brother, Klaus Moedinger and wife, Brigitte of Germany; and many nieces and nephews in the United States and Germany.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and son, Michael Mullins in 2024.
