"Heartfelt sympathy to all of the family. A lifetime of "being there" for us, still leaves a big void in our lives, even though we know they are in Heaven, free of pain. May God fill that void during the coming days with strength & precious memories.
Your classmate & church friend, Barbara (Woodall) Hough"

"Brenda, Larry and Jerry,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very special lady. I remember our visits to your home when we were young and how she always made sure there was food for everyone. I remember one time when I was a teen she made Red velvet Cake. She gave me the recipe and it is now my husband's favorite. It is her recipe I use as others are just not the same.
I am so glad she was able to know so many great grandchildren. God is good.
I know you will miss her but just like Daddy, as much as I miss him I wouldn't want hm to come back for anything. I know he is at peace and in no pain just as she is now. You have many wonderful memories.
Weep for the night but know that joy comes in the morning.
Would love to hear from you. Our prayers are with the family.
