Louise Bailey

Louise Bailey, 91, of Greenville, died Friday, August 16, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Hailes officiating. Burial will be at Forest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until service time, Wednesday.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Denison on August 26, 1921. She was the daughter of William Homer Perkins and Ester Lee Watkins Perkins. She was married to Cecil Bailey, who preceded her in death. She was a member of Park Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include her grandson, Jimmy Virgin and his wife, Cindy of Greenville; great-grandsons, James and Michael Virgin both of Greenville; special friends, Renee Krause and her family of Greenville; and a cousin, Stanley Young. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and son, George Norris.

Pallbearers will be Jim Virgin, Michael Virgin, Joe Huey and Joseph Kailukaitis.
