Emmabelle Mae Backman
Emmabelle Mae Backman, 81, of Greenville, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at Hunt Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 15, 1931, she was married to Jack Backman in Iron Mountain, Michigan. She was a baker by profession.
She is survived by her son, Shane Retherford of Greenville and grandson, Austin Retherford. Her husband, Jack Backman, preceded her in death in 2009.
