Paul Ottwell
Paul Ottwell, 82, of Greenville, died Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Colonial Lodge Tender Care. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Gordon Grammer officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Ottwell was born in Hunt County, Texas on December 17, 1931. He was the son of Claude Ottwell and Rosetta Bertha Cline Ottwell. He married Margaret Ruth Ragsdale on June 3, 1953, in Dallas. He was a member of Greenville Church of Christ and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He was founder and owner of Greenville Supply Company, Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Ruth Ottwell of Greenville and brother, R. C. Ottwell and wife, Sylvia of Greenville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Ottwell and Rosetta Bertha Cline Ottwell; brother, Claude Ottwell, Jr.; and sister Lois Nadine Ottwell
Pallbearers will be David Hanson, Jimmy Ottwell, Lee Ragsdale, Scott Ragsdale, Bryan Ragsdale and Neil Ragsdale. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Ragsdale, Danny Hanson and Frank Norris.
