Alice Hitchman, 94, of Celeste, passed away on October 13, 2015 at Briarcliff Health Center. No funeral services are schedule. Arrangements are with Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Alice was born on February 7, 1921 in Oregon to Laurence and Mahe Goodrow. She married Elmer Hitchman on October 26, 1939 in Burbank, California. Alice worked as a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith. One of her hobbies included her being an avid Skip-Bo player.
Alice is survived by hers sons, Craig Hitchman, Darryl Hitchman; grandchildren, Jason Hitchman, Jeff Hitchman, William Hitchman, Stephen Hitchman, Chere’ Maslowski, Terri Robinson, Trina Perez, Tom Gardner; 18 great-grandchildren, including her dearest great-granddaughter, Aubree Hitchman.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Alan Hitchman, Dale Hitchman; and daughters, Gearin Lockhart and Terri Hitchman.
