Geneva Nix
Geneva Nix, 93, formerly of Houston, Texas, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 in Rose Hill, Kansas. A private family service was held in Derby, Kansas. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday March 12, 2016 at the Forest Park cemetery in Greenville, Texas under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Sr. and Beulah Baker; brother, John Henry Baker Jr.; and her husband, Horace Earl Nix. Survivors: son, Wayne Nix (Annie) of Houston; daughter, Earllean Nix Scott (Don) of Derby, KS; grandchildren, Stefanie Nix Perry (Rick) of Houston; Eric Scott (Deanna) of Arvada, CO, and Kirk Scott of Chicago, IL; great-grandchildren, Drew and Aiden Perry, Lauren and Tabor Scott, and many nieces and nephews.
