Wanda Sue Millsap-Foster, 73, of Wills Point, formerly of Wolfe City, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in Tyler. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Payne officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until service time. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Ms. Foster was born in Greenville, Texas on August 21, 1942 to Sherman J. Millsap and Lottie Estaleen Currin Millsap. She was an owner and administrator of a Healthcare facility.
She is survived by her mother, Estaleen Millsap of Greenville, daughter, Stephanie Palmer and husband, Ronnie of Wills Point, son, Tim Foster of Wills Point, brother, Harold Millsap and wife, Cam of Greenville, grandchildren, Landon and Morgan Palmer.
She is preceded in death by her father, Sherman J. Millsap, brother, Donald Wayne Millsap, sister, Brenda Kay Millsap- Rutherford.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Palmer, Kenny Lamb, Harold Millsap, Brad Peters, Landon Palmer and Jacob Wilhelms.
