Nona Vaudine Patterson, 85, of Greenville, died Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, July 15, 2016 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Cook officiating. Interment will be in Donelton Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Patterson was born in Peniel, Texas on March 22, 1931. She was the daughter of Herbert Aldan Key and Ida Mae Cook Key. She married Vernon Avon Patterson on December 22, 1951 in Greenville. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her sons, Mark Patterson and wife, Stephanie of Lone Oak, Thomas Patterson and wife, Kim of Lone Oak; daughter, Dolores Richardson of Greenville; brother, Larry Wayne Key and wife, Jackie of Greenville; sister, Alda Mae Darwin of Mesquite; grandchildren, Brandon Hooten, Angie Seiber, Elisa Richardson Smith, Alan Patterson, Clint Patterson, Casie Patterson, Arie Dale Patterson, Autumn Williams Meinert, April Evans Wyatt, Cindy Carbajal and Jason Evans; great-grandchildren, Jade Seiber, Isaiah Hooten, Kennedee Hooten, Justus Seiber, Jacey Seiber, Braden Patterson, Damon Morrow, Haley Smith, Sydnee Smith, Taylor Smith, Madison Smith, Natalie Evans, Emily Evans, Macy Goode, Reese Patterson, Rainey Patterson, Shaley Crawford, Elijah Crawford, Carson Hegseth, Kyleigh Castorena, Oliver Meinert, Paige White, Brandi McDaniel, Cory McDaniel, Anthony Carbajal and Nona Gracie Hooten; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Glenn Key.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Hooten, Jason Smith, Clint Patterson, Mark Patterson, Thomas Patterson, Michael Key and Linden Gilmore. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Key, Jody Key, Brian Key, Robert Key and Gary Dooley.
