Butch Taylor
Milford Ray (Butch) Taylor, 74, of Greenville, died Thursday, January 19, 2017, at his home. Military Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, January 27, 2017 at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Taylor was born in Trenton, Texas on January 31, 1942. He was the son of Joseph Raymond Taylor and Otra Lee Rhudy Taylor. He married Jacquelyn Kay Mercer on July 7, 1978, in Irving. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of Midway Baptist Church in Princeton. Survivors include his wife, Jacquelyn K. Taylor; sons, Stephen Bradley Taylor and wife, Angie and Robert Ryan Taylor and wife, Tonya; sister, Peggy Ruth Parsley; grandchildren, Shelby, Charlsea, Chase, Callie and Jake; great-grandson, Oliver; nieces, Nancy Jones and Crystal McDougald; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Pallbearers will be Robert Taylor, Steve Taylor, Wayne Darnell, Larry Davis, Andy Davis and Johnny Bowen.
