Teresa Kay Abshier, 58, of Royse City, formerly of Wichita, Kansas, died Saturday, September 9, 2017 at her home. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Sander officiating. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Rockwall. Visitation will be Tuesday, 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Teresa was born in Wichita, Kansas on September 7, 1959. She was the daughter of Marvin Allen White and Kathryn Brownfield White. She was a former retail clerk and attended Crossroads Church in Greenville.
Survivors include her son, Jesse Abshier; daughters, Stephanie Cayton and Rachel George; brother, Terry White; sisters, Kelly Metzger and Gwen Brawner; and grandchildren, Julie, Jackson, Noah, Kylea, Braylea and Landry. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Steve White and Rick White.
