Seth Daniel George returned peacefully to his Lord and Savior on April 15, 2018. He was the youngest son of Rocky Earl George and Sherri Hatcher George, born Jan. 3, 1982, in Charlotte, N.C. He spent his childhood in Greenville, Texas, calling it "the best place for a kid to grow up." After high school he moved to the Dallas metroplex. Seth lived his life on the edge, loving the thrill of risk and adventure. He loved to shark fish on St. Simons Island, Ga. His biggest catch was a 9-foot Tiger shark. He spent the last 18 months in Colorado, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, camping and sometimes working as a commercial framer. He had previously worked on a construction crew for the new Dallas Cowboys training facility in Frisco, Texas. Seth loved stone masonry, a talent learned in Greenville as a teenager. Seth would tell you his greatest accomplishments in life were his two daughters, Claire Emma and Jocelyn Lyric. His love for them was deeper than he could express in words. They were his pride and joy always. Seth's love, loyalty, generosity and his wonderful laughter will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Seth is survived by his daughters, Claire Emma Redlaczyk and Jocelyn Lyric George; parents Rocky George and Sherri George; brothers Keigh Earl George and Matthew James George (Angela); nephews Bailey and Alex George; his former wife and friend, Danielle Bourke Marak; fiancée Lorin Sullivan; an uncle, Fred George (Leeanne); cousins Chris George (Amanda) and Leland George Gonzales (JD); an aunt, Melody Hatcher Gold; and cousins Heather, Hannah, Bess and Walt. Friends and family will gather to celebrate his life on Friday, May 25. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, 5100 Interstate 30 East, Greenville, TX 75402 In lieu of flowers the family would like to start a college fund for his daughters in Seth's name. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated.

"I was "accidentally" left out of his obituary. I was his best friend and lover for 18 years off and on.l have a RIGHT to say that, I MORE than earned it. His family won't like it, but this is the TRUTH and I am sorry they are offended by it,. I took care of him when NOBODY else would and we lived all ov er the Southern US. I will never forget him, he changed me forever. He was a wonderful person. Everyone who knew him fell in love with him. God will take great care of him, and I will see him again one day!"
