Kathryn Head Spradling, 82, of Campbell, died Thursday June 7, 2018 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Prairie Valley Cemetery under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Tom Witt will officiate.
Mrs. Spradling was born in Campbell on August 8, 1935. She was the daughter of Grover Head and Kozie Taylor Head. She married Bill Spradling on January 11, 1957 in Princeton. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Spradling; son, Quentin Spradling; and granddaughter, Callie Spradling. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Marie, Nina and Dorothy; and brothers, LeRoy and Vernoy.
Pallbearers will be Rick Walsh, Matt Lewis, Wesley Loria, Paul Lowe, Zachary Lowe and Philip Renshaw.
