Clara O'Dell Allen Lee, 92, of Greenville, died Monday, July 21, 2008, in Greenville Health and Rehab Center. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at 11:00 AM at Park Street Baptist Church under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Hailes officiating. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Mrs. Lee was born in Hunt County, Texas on November 22, 1915, the daughter of James W. Allen and Hattie Amanda Henderson Allen. On November 25, 1939, she married Henry N. Lee in Dallas, Texas. She was a homemaker and member of the Park Street Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, June Ladell Crocker of Mineola and Barbara Lee Thrailkill and husband James Roger of Grapevine; Sisters, Wanda Gresham of Dallas and Maud Butler of Greenville; grandchildren, Cheryl Pipkin and husband Arthur of Mineola, Brian Lunsford and wife Carolyn of Dallas, Brad Lunsford of Dallas and Dee Ann Deal and husband John of Saginaw, Michigan; great-grandchildren, Adam and Aaron Deal of Saginaw, Michigan, Leesa Kauahque and husband Sam of Mineola and Halee Pipkin of Mineola; thirteen nieces including, Michele Lee Baker, Linda Courtney, Betty Jean Boyd and Nancy Reed; fifteen nephews including, Ronnie Foster, Kenneth Butler, Donnie Butler, Bobby Butler, Fred Hale, Waco Hale, Dale Dunn, Larry Allen, Tom Allen and Jim Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry N. Lee in 1991; sisters, Beulah Dunn and Modina Hale; and brothers, T. W. Allen and Lonnie Allen.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Foster, Larry Baker, Bobby Butler, Arthur Pipkin, Brian Lunsford, Scott Lunsford, Jimmy Lunsford and Sam Kauahque.
Visitiation will be Tuesday, July 22, 2008, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
