Shawn Patrick Simmons, 30, of Terrell, passed away on November 25, 2018 in Wolfe City, Texas. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Simmons was born on April 29, 1988 in Dallas, Texas to Patrick James Simmons and Karolyn Paige Rial. He married Jennifer Johnson on February 10, 2012 in Clarksville, Texas. He worked as a corrections officer and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Simmons of Terrell; father, Patrick James Simmons and wife, Keren; children, Paige Simmons, Madisen Simmons, twins, Ian and Isabel Simmons; step-children, Lauren Martin, Jonathan Martin, Julie Martin and Matthew Martin; brother, Nikolas Simmons and grandmother, Peggy Rial.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
