Sue Ottlean Battle, 96, of Greenville, passed away on June 17, 2019 in Greenville. A graveside service will be 10 A.M, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 P.M. – 8 P.M., Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Mrs. Battle was born in Merit, Texas on March 25, 1923 to Walter Judd Thomas and Fannie Collins. She married Juttie Lee Battle on July 25, 1944 in Merit, Texas. She retired from Hagger Slacks and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Karon Battle; grandchildren, Aaron Battle and wife, Torrie and Matthew Battle; great-grandchildren, Declan Battle, Tatum Battle and Colston Battle.
She is preceded in death by her husband, sons, James Larry Battle and Randy Lee Battle, great-grandson, Matthew Talen Battle.
