Paul Presti, Jr., age 70, of Lone Oak passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel in Roweltt. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM on Sunday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel.
Mr. Presti was born on August 20, 1938 in Vineland, New Jersey to Paul and Elizabeth Shuley Presti. On October 18, 1958, he married Rosalie Milone in Farmingdale, New York. He served in the United States Army and was a computer programmer for E-systems. He worked on the Apollo project for Grumman Aerospace and helped put man on the moon.
His survivors include his wife, Rosalie of Lone Oak; sons Bart Presti and wife Kelly of Fairview, TX, Doug Presti and wife Jennifer of Royse City, Tx, and Jon Presti and wife Diva of Lone Oak; brother Joseph Presti of North Carolina; and grandchildren Michael, Nicolas, Noel, Christina, Alex, Valerie, Angelica, Morgan, and Anthony.
His parents preceded him in death.
