Charles Edward Bright, 71, of Greenville passed away on Monday, September 10, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital of Dalls. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Highland Terrace Baptist Church under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home in Greenville,Texas with Rev. Larry Jordan and Rev. Royce Litchfield officiating. Burial will be in Memoryland Memoruial Park.
Mr. Bright was born on April 6, l936 in Hope,Arkansas to Ruevel Bright and Glen Anders. He married Nova Wilson on January 28, l961 in Blevins, Arkansas. He was in the navy and retired as a manger of Electronic Fabrication at E-Systems. He was a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
He is survived by his wife, Nova Bright of Greenville, son and daughter-in-law,Greg and Jody Bright of Greenville, daughter and son-in-law, Dena and David Arnold of Greenville, sisger, Velora Haltom of Hope, Arkansas, grandchild and wife, Michael and Malinda Bright of Greenville, grandchildren, Justin Bright, Addie Arnold and Avery Arnold, all of Greenville, great-grandchildren, Logan and Allieyah Bright of Greenville.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be, Michael Bright, Justin Bright, Avery Arnold, Charles Roberts, Bobby Taylor, Pat Cauley and Harold Smith.
Visistatin will be from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday, Sept. 11th at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Youth Department or Children's Ministry of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.
