Mereda Joy Herring, 89, of Caddo Mills, passed away on December 25, 2021, at her residence. A memorial service is pending. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Herring was born June 19, 1932, in Greenville, Texas to Floyd Roddy and Tressie Lee Wisdom. She married Billy Herring, retired from Travelers Insurance and of the Christian faith.
She is survived by her cousins, Susan Barefield and Frank Barefield; adopted daughter, Christeen and Michael Bray; Friends, Brian & Beth Seslar, Delbert Ragan and Rick & Laura Eichelberger
She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, Glenda Watson and her parents.
